Welcome to Canyons Resort Winter Press Kit. Canyons is Utah’s largest single ski and snowboard resort blessed yearly with the legendary Utah powder that makes the state a mecca for winter sports. This site is designed to help members of the media learn about Canyons and aid in the research and production of articles or filming opportunities at the resort.

 

With 4,000 acres, 182 trails, 19 lifts, 1.1 mile long terrain park and six natural half pipes, there is never a chance that guests will get bored on the mountain. Exploring Canyons is a favorite past time for locals and a memorable experience for our destination guests. The best way to really get to know the resort is to experience it first hand and immerse yourself in the mountain lifestyle.

 

New development at the base area is in full swing with over a dozen new properties coming aboard within the next 3-5 years. These range from partial ownership properties to condominium, townhome and single-family projects. Construction on our 18-hole golf course has begun, adding to our already plentiful summer offerings.
