Zip Tour Adventure

Experience the thrill of soaring over the resort on our mid-mountain Zip Tour. The Red Pine Zip Tour will take you on an 800 foot long tree top ride through the Red Pine Lodge area. The Lookout Zip Tour flies you across the canyon between Lookout Peak and Red Pine Lodge spanning over 2,111 feet.

Wasatch Powderbird Guides

Wasatch Powderbird Guides are now offering heli-ski and snowboard trips into the Wasatch backcountry from Canyons Resort. Since 1973, WPG has been leading adventurous travelers on heli-ski tours in Utah’s majestic Wasatch Mountains and providing powderhounds with the addictive thrill of skiing acres of untracked Utah powder.

First Tracks

The First Tracks program at Canyons gives you the chance to be on the mountain earlier than the general public, every Tuesday and Saturday. Not only do you have the entire mountain to yourself, the program is timed perfectly to watch the sun rise as you ride up the first chair.... and if that is not enough, you'll be accompanied by some of the most impressive names from the world of Olympic skiing!

Canyons Western BBQ

End an unforgettable day of skiing and riding by kicking up your heels to a country-western band while our chefs present a legendary Western BBQ Buffet, featuring specialty slow-cooked prime rib, BBQ ribs, chicken and a dessert buffet. It’s an evening the whole family will remember. Two seatings are offered every Saturday (December 22 through March 30), the first at 6:30 p.m. and the next at 7:30 p.m. Advance reservations are required.

Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides

Join us for a scenic 30-minute horse drawn sleigh ride through Willow Draw complete with blankets provided for your comfort during the ride. Please dress warmly with gloves, hat and a warm jacket. Sleigh rides are offered seasonally from December 20 until March 30 as conditions allow.
