Just imagine the excitement of your guests as they are whisked away aboard Red Pine Gondola with a sparkling beverage in hand. Aspen trees, lush foliage and a mountain stream are all part of the rustic elegance you¹ll experience at Red Pine Lodge.

An intimate outdoor ceremony followed by a reception in a lodge of rustic elegance will make your wedding dreams come true and when the lights go down and the party starts, have fun dancing the night away under the stars! We will even give you a ride home...the gondola stops just steps away from one of our five properties, where your honeymoon suite awaits.

Package Includes

5 hour event time (6pm - 11pm)
Private use of the Red Pine Gondola and Red Pine Lodge, ceremony set-up, including up to 150 white ceremony chairs, audio package for ceremony officiate (microphone and speakers), reception set-up and tear down, linens, flatware, etc.
One-bedroom suite in the Grand Summit Hotel for the night of your wedding*
Facial, manicure and pedicure for the bride in the Grand Summit
Spa & Health Club
Gift transportation service from the base of the gondola to your honeymoon suite
We recommend reserving a hotel room for the evening prior to the wedding for staging and changing, as we cannot guarantee check-in until 5pm on day of arrival. Please ask your Wedding Coordinator about early check-in to your suite. We may honor requests based on availability.

Ceremony

Ceremonies are held on the Red Pine Bridge or Patio in good weather. Indoor backup available.

Reception

We provide all standard table linens, flatware, glassware and servers.
We provide a complimentrary canopy outside Red Pine Lodge for cocktail hour, dining or reception.
The wedding party will have private use of the Red Pine Lodge for all receptions.
Wedding meal package includes a custom wedding cake.

Hotel

We offer a discounted group rate for guest rooms in Grand Summit, Sundial, Silverado, and Vintage on the Strand.
