Visa Options:
During the winter season, talented individuals from all over the world come to Canyons to work in our visa programs. This blend of culture and backgrounds creates a wonderful experience for our guests and staff alike.

The H2B visa is solely run and operated through the Canyons Human Resources Department. Applications for the H2B visa are now available.
The J1 visa (student visa) is not sponsored through Canyons. It allows you to work in the US for a specific period of time. Students must sign up with visa sponsor agencies located in the country they currently live.

H2B Options for
2012-2013 Winter Season:

 - Ski and Snowboard Instructor (PSIA Level III only)
Must possess a PSIA Level III Certification or equivalent
Must be outside of the United States
Employment dates: DEC/15/2012 – APR/14/2013

 - Dishwasher
Must be currently in the United States under the H2B Visa valid until or after DEC/15/2012
Employment dates: DEC/15/2012 – APR/14/2013

 - Room Attendant - Housekeeper
Prior housekeeping experience preferred
Must be currently in the United States under the H2B Visa valid until or after DEC/15/2012
Employment dates: DEC/15/2012 – APR/14/2013

 - Snowmaking
Prior snowmaking experience preferred
Must be outside of the United States
Employment dates: OCT/22/2012 – FEB/17/2013 

J-1 Options for
2012-2013 Winter Season:

 - Culinary Internship J-1 Route 66 Program
Must be enrolled in Culinary School
Must sign up with ITN at www.Internationaltrainee.com
Employment dates: DEC/01/2012 – APR/14/2013 @ Canyons Resort and
APR/15/2013 – OCT/15/2013 @ Grand Hotel, Mackinac Island, MI.

 - Australian Citizens 12 Months J-1 Program
Must sign up with Intrax at www.experienceintrax.com
Employment dates: DEC/01/2012 – APR/14/2013 @ Canyons Resort and
APR/15/2013 – OCT/15/2013 @ Lake Powell Resort, UT
