Q: How do I apply for a job at Canyons?
A: All of our jobs are posted here. After reviewing our available positions and selecting those that interest you, simply fill out our online application. All positions require an online application. Resumes or CV’s alone are not sufficient for application. A recruiter will contact you if we’re interested in pursuing your application further.
Q: Can I apply for more than one job?
A: Absolutely. You may apply for as many jobs as you wish, however, we suggest that you choose the two or three jobs that most interest you and apply for them exclusively.

Q: Do I get a ski pass?
A: Each and every guide receives a free season pass during his/her time at Canyons. Additionally, our guides are eligible for free ski vouchers, dependant passes, free skiing at our neighbor resorts and discounts on gear, rental equipment and our food outlets. Q: Does Canyons provide housing?
A: Canyons does not currently provide employee housing. Please see the housing resources listed on our housing page for assistance in finding housing in the Park City area.
Q: Can I get to work if I don’t have a car?
A: Yes. Most areas in Park City enjoy the free transportation of the Park City Transit System. See a map of the bus routes here. Additionally, guides living in the Salt Lake area can use UTA busses for discounted travel to and from Canyons. See the details of the Park City Connect system here.
Q: How long is the summer & winter season?
A: Canyons winter season begins in November and ends in early April. Our summer season goes from June through September.
Q: Does Canyons hire international workers for the summer season?
A: Currently Canyons only offers employment to international workers during the winter season.
Q: What is the culture like at Canyons?
A: Canyons boasts one of the “friendliest” employee cultures in the Western United States.(*per RRC) Our guides take PRIDE in the individual contribution they each make to creating extraordinary experiences for our guests, our environment and each other.
Q: How long will it take for me to get an interview after I apply?
A: Our recruiters receive thousands of applications each season. Especially when hiring for seasonal positions, it may take several weeks for a recruiter to contact you. Please note that if we are interested in pursuing your application we will contact you. A follow up phone call after submitting your application is not necessary.
