Canyons Western BBQ

End an unforgettable day of skiing and riding by kicking up your heels to a country-western band while our chefs present a legendary Western BBQ Buffet, featuring specialty slow-cooked prime rib, BBQ ribs, chicken and a dessert buffet. It's an evening the whole family will remember. Two seatings are offered every Saturday and select Friday nights (December 22 through March 30), the first at 6:30 p.m. and the next at 7:00 p.m. Advance reservations are required.
