Come up to Park City’s Historic Main Street & City Park on Labor Day and join the Park City Rotary Club in celebrating our mining heritage during a full day of activities for all ages including the Funky 5k Fun Run, pancake breakfast, parade, live music, softball games, mucking & drilling competitions, kids’ races, beer gardens and vendors. The 114th Annual Labor Day gathering celebrates Park City's Mining Heritage and raises money for Summit County non-profit organizations.
RUNNING OF THE BALLS? The way it works is; you can "adopt" a ball for $5 or 5 balls for $20. When the balls are released at the top of Main Street they are tracked down their route and the first ball through the shute will win it's owner a valuable prize, such as airline tickets and many other great donated prizes. There will be over 10 other prizes awarded for close finishers. (Watch the video below to see how it works). This much anticipated event is sponsored by the Park City Rotarians and benefits other charity projects. Buy a "Ball" and enjoy the fun... it's for a great cause!
