CANYONS ANNOUNCES FAMILY SEASON PASS FOR 2011/2012 SEASON
Skiers and Snowboarders Can Enjoy Utah's Newly Re-Created Mountain
Resort With a Pass for the Whole Family

PARK CITY, Utah " August 12, 2011 " Canyons, Utah's largest and newly re-created mountain resort, announced today that season passes are on sale for the 2011/2012 winter season including a new Family Season Pass, which offers up to two student season passes at 50 percent off when an Adult Full season pass is purchased. With several new dining and après ski venues, the Orange Bubble heated chair lift, expanded terrain and European-style "Ski Beach" gathering area, the whole family will enjoy the resort's recent multi-million dollar re-creation.

"Many of the elements of the re-creation were implemented as a result of suggestions from our season pass holders, and we are proud to officially unveil the full complement of on-mountain enhancements this season, transforming Canyons from a great ski and snowboard mountain to one of the greatest resorts in North America," said Mike Goar, Managing Director of Canyons. "With all the work we have done coming to completion, we look forward to welcoming our season pass holders this winter by offering competitive ticket pricing as well as unparalleled experiences and services on the mountain."

In addition to the specially priced Family Season Pass, locals can choose from a full suite of season pass products tailored to fit individual skiing and riding habits. Whether looking for a seven days a week pass with no blackouts, a Sunday-Friday mid-week pass, or a pass valid for 5 or 10 day increments, there is a Canyons Season Pass product for everybody. Specially priced pass products are also available for students and seniors.

Best prices for season passes are available until October 15, and those who purchase now will receive summer gondola privileges through the end of September. Season pass holders can take advantage of the resort's new summer programming such as the mountain bike park, fishing at the high alpine reservoir, hiking, world-class dining, signature events and more.
