Most people know her as the SLC Foodie. A lucky few know her as Becky Rosenthal. While she would never say it herself, she’s kind of a big deal in the greater Salt Lake food scene. Over the years, she has tasted and reviewed countless restaurants. Her love and knowledge of food is only outdone by her ability to communicate it to the culinary aficionado, food enthusiast, and everyone in between. Not to mention that her extensive international travels have allowed her to experience some of the world’s most unique cuisine. Simply put - when she tastes, and then writes, people listen. Naturally, we were thrilled when she had this to say in her post about The Farm:
