Savor the Summit

Traditionally frowned upon, dining in the middle of the street becomes the norm when Savor the Summit rolls into Park City. Looking to impress and satisfy, Park City’s finest restaurants and chefs fashion unique menus served on elaborately decorated tables that line Main Street from top to bottom. Foodies from far and wide plan their summer around the event, reserving a spot at their favorite table and descending on Park City to taste the goodness. If you’re looking for the summer scene, this is it. Not fortunate enough to wrangle yourself a seat? Prime people watching, while not as delicious, is an equally entertaining consolation prize.  Positioned next to each other but featuring completely different menus and decor, The Farm and Talisker on Main tables offered 100 ft. of dining excellence. While the pictures below may not be worth a thousand words, they sure as heck will make you a little jealous . . . and hungry.
